Been doing a lot of riding on the trainer... Thursday was 70 minutes, Friday 85 minutes and still hoping to hop on tonight for a spin. Generally going 18-19 mph steady state. Thinking a lot about getting a Power Tap, but don't know how it would change my training. I need to start training smarter and more efficiently with the impeding birth or our second child.
Got out on a nice walk this afternoon with Isaac and Pauli. He loves his backpack carrier, but there was too much snow on the ground still for a run.
