Back in the Saddle

Gearing up for the MS ride this weekend, Isaac and I got out for a 2.5 hour ride (~36 miles) over the weekend. We rode down to the Missouri River Trail to the Chain of Rocks bridge and back - our standard ride. Only we used my fancy triathlon bike this time. Here is a video of that route (even though the footage is older footage, it gives a sense of the ride). I didn't have the video securely fastened on the way out to Illinois, so we only have decent footage of the return trip.
