With the new baby waking up during the night and some craziness at work, I haven't been getting enough sleep, or consistent sleep.  Unfortunately, when I work out on low sleep, I tend to induce some nasty headaches - sometimes even migraines.  So it was this afternoon.  I did a 5 x 5 (5 minutes at a 7:30 pace with 1 minute active rest - 5 times) and by the fifth repetition, I knew I'd pushed too hard.  I felt spacey and had a massive headache for about an hour.
BLAH!
