Tuesday

A few good days of workouts:
  • Sunday - ran 10 miles with Jeremy at 8:30 - 8:45 pace in preparation for Memphis Marathon in December
  • Monday - rode 2 hour steady state at 19.3 mph
  • Tuesday - ran total of 5+ miles; main set of 4 x 1200 meters at 7:05 pace
Need to buy a new swimsuit and a converter to make the Chariot jogger into a trailer for the bike.
