Good Run

Just stretched the legs a bit on the treadmill. 2.5 minute warmup followed by half-mile efforts of increasing intensity. Started at 7 mph and evey 1/2 mile bumped it up 0.1 mph, ending at 8 mph and about 5 miles total. Could have done more but I'm already running late.

Heading home for fuel!
