Hard swim on Friday... not long, but pushed pretty hard. Long walk on Saturday, but no formal workout.
Today was beautiful. Managed a 1.5 hour bike ride, followed by a 60 minute run. Transition felt pretty good, but it was starting to get HOT! Taper starts this week, so I'll have to keep my eye on not over-eating.
I pick up my bike from the "shop" today... all new cables, new chain, etc. Excited.
