Checking back in...

Ok... just because I haven't been posting, don't think that I haven't been training. The nagging shoulder injury has been minimized, although it's not entirely gone. I have been back in the pool a few times and plan on getting in the water again tomorrow.

Today was a 2.5 hour bike at a fairly high cadence - averaged 94 rpm, but the speed was lower than I wanted. Average wattage was 174, which isn't awful, but I'm trying to figure out how to push it higher without negatively affecting my run.

Run training is going well overall - probably my strongest of the 3 legs right now.
