Tomorrow is "weigh-in day" and I know I haven't gained anything but I'm not sure I've taken anything off since last week. Travel this week has been a factor, but it's mostly willpower.
Monday was a good 10 mile run on the treadmill (I know, oxymoron). Held about 8:30 pace and completed in 1:25:00. I didn't get a long run in over the weekend, so this was it. Tuesday should have been a swim, but I didn't manage to swing it prior to heading to the airport - so no exercise on Tuesday. Wednesday, I came straight from the airport, picked up Isaac and we went for an easy 4 miles in TGP. This morning was the Uphill Grind, 45 minutes of cycling "fun".
I really need to get in a swim tomorrow, but it will have to be right at 4:00 or so. I can't remember when they shut down, but I think it's about 5:30. I might even be able to squeeze in a run after that before I pick up the folks!
