This morning, Papa hopped on the stationary trainer and worked out to one of Troy Jacobson's Spinervals DVDs: "The Uphill Grind". I'm not sure why a little snow on the ground prevented him from going outside, but he sure got sweaty.Afterwards, because he's such an over-achiever and because his training plan calls for it, Papa did some weight training. He decided to try out one of Mama's DVDs call "The Firm" but ultimately he ended up doing his own thing. 

I'm always helping Mama when she works out - I even have my own leg warmers (see picture). So, I joined Papa and cheered him on. Go Papa, GO! Let me show you how to do a one-legged squat!
