Outside Run

With the weather unseasonably warm, it would be a shame not to have run today. Isaac hasn't been feeling well however, and it wasn't until late in the day, after he relunctantly went down for a nap that I snuck outside in shorts and a t-shirt and made 2 rounds around Tower Grove Park. 7 miles total in about an hour - better than nothing, and sure beats the treadmill.
