Quick ride this morning with Patrick and Jay down to Missouri River Trail (MRT) and up to Chain of Rocks Bridge. Steady-state of 19.5-20.5 mph northbound and 21.5 mph southbound (~10 miles each way). Total of about 40 miles.
Skipped my swim, largely because the JCC is a 30 minute drive away and I couldn't motivate to go out in the rain (glad I rode this morning!). Heading out of town tomorrow for a long week of lots of travel, so I'll have to squeeze the workouts in whenever possible.
